Module 3 — Greece

Thematic Pillar: Project-Based Learning and Outdoor & Experiential Learning

This module uses the island’s natural and cultural environment as a living classroom. Students explore local land and marine ecosystems, uncover the sustainability wisdom behind traditional Mykonian crafts, and design their own community-based solutions to real environmental challenges — a hands-on, project-based journey from observation to action.

  • Outdoor, experiential learning in local land and marine ecosystems
  • Traditional island crafts as living examples of sustainability
  • Student-led sustainability projects for the island community
